Andrew Schiff

Founder & Principal — Métis

Andrew is a startup operator with two decades of experience launching, scaling, and advising ventures from first concept through commercialization. He has served as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Growth Officer, COO, VP of Business Development, as a senior Marketing Executive, and as an Advisory Board Member across high-growth companies spanning fintech, govtech, healthtech, cybersecurity, identity, and eCommerce — building teams, forging brand partnerships with firms like Under Armour, Pepsi, and Ford, and scaling platforms to millions in monthly revenue.

His approach blends the strategic rigor of a finance-trained MBA with the instincts of someone who has lived inside the operational trenches of early-stage companies. Before founding Métis, Andrew held leadership roles at ID.me, fTLD (.BANK), Intellectual Technology, and GeniusRocket, and currently serves as fractional Chief Strategy Officer at Fynancr.
